Biography of Haji
Haji Mohamad Zainuddin Bin Abu Bakar is a distinguished lawyer specializing in civil litigation, medical negligence, trust, and will execution. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he has been actively practicing since 2006, earning a reputation for his dedication to justice and client advocacy.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Diploma in Syariah Legal Practice from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His expertise and strategic legal approach have led to significant case victories, including securing a RM3.7 million medical negligence award in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Beyond his legal practice, Haji Mohamad Zainuddin has played pivotal roles in professional and business circles:
1982~1990 – Founder & 1st President of the Malay Contractors Association, where he championed the growth and representation of Malay entrepreneurs in the construction industry.
1990~2000 – Founder & 1st President of Persatuan Agen Jaminan Pendapatan Hidup Melayu Malaysia (JAMIN), advocating for economic stability and financial security among the Malay community.
He is also a highly appreciated figure in the class action related to COVID-19 and experimental vaccines in Malaysia, demonstrating his commitment to justice and public health concerns
